How It All Began in 1988

It all started way back in 1988 when I created my Native American Gift Shop.  I began to make star quilts then.  In 2001 I went online with my business, and every year since then my website has scored #1 in internet searches for Native American star quilts and patterns.  

Update.  Well here it is, 40 years later, and I'm finally retired...   However, I will offer the best star quilts that I've purchased from the Lakota and other tribes.

As for my other products....

My patterns have all been updated to include new information such as adding borders to make your star quilt a certain size.  I plan to design many more  beautiful star quilt patterns in the near future, so please check back from time to time about these.

My how-to star quilt book continues to be a hot seller, "Creating the Native American Star Quilt, Vol. 1:  A Beginner's Workbook."  The book goes into great depth and details about how to make a perfect star quilt no matter what your skill level is.  Very clear instructions.

The Native American Design patterns section could use some more Native designs, which I plan to also come up with.  I'm always open to suggestions for new designs, too.   But check out what I do have, especially the eagle feathers and medicine wheels design patterns.
