Ordering, Shipping, and Refunds

I accept payments by PayPal only, and money orders occasionally.  

You can use debit or credit cards, or Venmo or other apps via PayPal.

My website is super protected for safety.     Friendly, family oriented site.

If a PayPal button doesn't work for you (which seems to be happening more often than I like) try clearing your browsing data and attempt the button again.  If it still doesn't work, please let me know, OK?

I can also email you a PayPal invoice to pay from, which makes things much simpler for you.

FAST SHIPPING!  I ship all items except quilts and tops the next business day.  You'll have your order in just a few days.  The exception is star quilts, which must be finished for you.  Sometimes I have a finished star quilt on hand, so don't be afraid to ask.

  Post Office fees are ridiculously high these days and I try my best not to charge over actual costs.  I hate the expense as much as you do.  I am always honest about shipping and never overcharge to my knowledge.  

Please note:  I've been getting reports that my patterns and books are not arriving in a timely fashion.  I assure you, I send everything out on a daily basis.  The Post Office is in dire straits, as we all know, and they admit it.  I apologize if your pattern or book is delayed.  I wish it could be otherwise.  Thank you for your patience as we all ride this out.
